Where to go for a Hen do in Liverpool
Liverpool is not only one of the most visited tourist destinations in the UK but across Europe too. That doesn’t mean you have to be from out of town to enjoy all that our great city has to offer, you can come from Old Swan too!
One of the many things Liverpool is famous for is its sense of humour, people still think Jimmy Tarbuck is funny for example. Well, if you can’t have a laugh with your mates at a dance class, mixing cocktails at a swanky hotel, life drawing with a hunky naked model or even a little bit of cheeky dominatrix with your own naked servant, then you’re on the wrong hen do.
Try some of the wonderful things Liverpool has to offer from fantastic hotels, too dancing, drinking and eating, whatever tickles your fancy Liverpool has it in spades!
Dirty Dancing Experience
Liverpool Dance Centre
77 Renshaw Street,
Based in the heart of the city, your dirty dancing hen experience can take place either in a bar or in Liverpool Dance Centre’s studio complete with mirrors and sprung wooden floor.
There are professionally trained dancers, who not only teach but are performers too, to make your dance hen party a day to remember!
What to wear: rock and roll skirts work well, any dress-up really, it’s your activity but comfortable clothing and trainers will help.
Don’t forget to bring your phones to record the fun.
21-23 Old Hall Street
Pole dancing is a great way to break the ice and get everyone in the mood for the fabulous hen night ahead. IOISIS, will teach you all the basic moves, hip swinging, booty shaking, spins and twirls and more importantly how to bring it all together, so when the party moves on you’ll be able to show off your new found showgirl pole skills!
Alfred Holt Recreation Ground,
Welcome to the Mersey Games and may the odds be ever in your favour!
While the more gentile hens will be settling down in the spa, eating cucumber sandwiches and grass while immersed in warm snail slime, proper hens are preparing to do battle in the hilarious inflatable Scouse Challenge that couldn’t be any further removed from the Hunger Games.
The Mersey games are non-stop, hysterical hen party madness and mayhem from start to finish that will have the girls giggling all night.
Fancy dress is encouraged and the friendly marshals oversee controversy and help keep all the teams in order, and by that they mean keep the water and foam flying in all directions as you pit your wits and skills against other stag & hen dos.
What to Wear: Tena Lady.
They have an indoor venue too, for the winter hen.
