St Johns Beacon are also known as the Radio City Tower - radio and observation tower. 138 metres (452 ft) tall, and is the second tallest free-standing building in Liverpool.

St Johns Beacon, also known locally as the Radio City Tower is Liverpool's Premier Viewing Gallery and is open daily from 10:00am. At over 400 feet, the Beacon offers stunning 360° panoramic views over Merseyside, Wirral, North Wales and as far as the Lake District on clearer days.

 

The tower is also home to award winning radio stations Radio City, 2, 3 and Radio City Talk. It is indeed a working environment thus you can see the presenters and producers at work when you visit the gallery.
