Rest assured their chefs treat their carefully sourced 30-day aged British and Irish beef with the respect it deserves. Their premium-grade beef is reared specially for us on carefully selected, sustainable British farms. It's then matured for 30 days, hand-prepared by our master butcher and expertly cooked by their chefs - for you to savour in relaxed, elegant surroundings.

 

Their open kitchen is a testimony to that, whatever your preferred cut - ribeye, fillet, sirloin or perhaps a chateaubriand between two - it'll be as flavoursome and tender as our master butcher intended.
